Grab a non-stick frying pan, add one tablespoon of oil, and add minced garlic; after 30 seconds, add your spinach to the pan. Put a lid on the pan and let it cook for a minimum of 2 minutes. Once you’ve sauteed your spinach, drain excess water from it.

Now mince your spinach and add it to a bowl. Add one egg and cheese to the bowl, and use sea salt and black pepper powder for seasoning. Mix everything and leave it in the fridge.

Start by adding all-purpose flour into the bowl, crack one egg in it, sprinkle a little sea salt, and one tablespoon of vegetables. Start kneading your dough, and it will take you a few minutes. Roll it on a flat surface until you get 1/15 inch of thickness.
